Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to the more common questions we get asked - if your question isn't here, just contact us and we'll try to answer you as soon as we can.

Where does your product data come from?

Our primary product data (viewed through the category browsing, and the things you can add to your cart) is all provided by Amazon.co.uk through it's Web Services API. Put simply, Amazon allow us to use their product data and images directly from their server.

I've had a problem with my order

We provide the facility to browse the range and build your cart - we do not, however, administer your order once you have left the site. All order billing and fulfilment is carried out by Amazon - if there is an issue it is them you need to contact.

My order wasn't with Amazon - it was with someone else you list

Unfortunately the answer above still applies - we list these retailers as we think they're excellent and stock product we like - if there's an issue once you've left our site, it has to be taken up with the site you went to.

If your problem with a listed retailer is proving particularly difficult to resolve, let us know about it and we'll help if we can - and if we get enough complaints about any of our partners we won't hesitate to take them off the site.

You don't have X listed!

New categories are being added all the time so it's possible we've not added the branch to our tree which leads to your product. You should still be able to find it via our search engine though.

Any more questions?

If you have any more questions, write to us for questions about the website itself - contact the relevant retailers for product and order related enquiries.
