amazing!!
wow what can i say! as a student i cant really afford to pay to go to the gym so this dvd was perfect for me! it really really makes you sweat!! if you dont do alot of exercise this may be quite tough to complete at first (as i found, i couldnt get through all 4 sections!!) but after about a week you get used to it and now i can complete all sections! each section works on different areas of the body, the warm up does what it says, the sweat section tackles mostly your legs, the punch section for your arms and the crunch section for just general toning, although i think they could have spent more time on the last section as they rush through it.
the routines aren't that hard as they repeat them slowly for you, and even after you get used to them, they still make you sweat. if you want to lose weight/tone up i would recommend you do this dvd daily, as i did it everyday without fail for 3 weeks and lost half a stone!! although i didn't notice any difference i think this dvd is much better if you want to tone up as although i've lost the weight, its just come back in the form of muscle now so i might have to stop doing the dvd now!
but all in all i would definately recommend this dvd if you want to lose a bit of excess weight or tone up! but you really have to be willing to work at it as its not easy work! -

Whoosh!
When I first started doing this dvd I got a little bored during the warm-up section because that part is actually very soft and I've tried workouts before that had a much more intense warm-up. But the cardio and punch workouts really make it up. Especially the third part (Punch) is really enjoyable and that combination of kicks and squats, punches and star jumps etc. really makes you sweat... The trainer Dee Tresher is really likable and explains every step very well so you can follow very easily. Both Dee and Nathalie are spreading so much fun that you simply have to enjoy it... This is a brilliant workout, whether you just wanna be fitter or lose weight. -

Superb
I bought this DVD on amazon and I must say i'ts great.
I just finished my first work out and it got me sweating most of the time!
By the time you're finished the first 15 min. work out you're already sweating a lot. After the whole workout you feel tired but great (you know that feeling).
Natalie and the instructor are really funny and have a lot of fun during the whole exercise, and so do you! I recommend it if you do not want to waste time trying to look for a workout that really works. -

Good Workout
I was very impressed by Natalie toning up, which is why I bought this DVD. The workout really does make you sweat :) However like some peoples reviews I found some of Dee's workout hard to pick up at first, and found myself having to pause the DVD on several occasions. I found the crunch hard, partly as Im so unfit after having a 2nd baby, so hoping that will get easier. Anyway Im going to try Davinas also to get a comparison. Good Luck! -

Excellent all around workout!
If you enjoyed the Charlie Brooks dvd, then you will love this one. It is with the same trainer, Dee. It is a little less challenging from a cardio point of view, although there is more cardio in the workout as a whole. At no point does it get you as tired as the high intensity section of the Charlie Brooks workout. It does however work your thighs much harder, with more squats, leg curls and lots of kicks!
The workout is broken down into 10 minutes of fun warm out, followed by 15 minutes general cardio and then 15 minutes cardio combat, finished off with 10 minutes of abdominal/chest toning and cool down.
The moves are easy to follow and can be picked up very quickly, I had learnt them all by by second go, but then I do a lot of workouts, so if you are new to exercise it may take a few attempts, but not many.
The toning section is pretty challenging, but is short and the effects are dramatic if you stick with it. I wouldn't recommend doing it more than about three times a week, as it is pretty hard going on the legs and arms. If you alternate this with another workout you will see great results!
