Amazon and its Amazing Returns Policy- Or Lack of It
New Apple IPod touch 32GB
When it arrived evenntually ( this came directly from amazon and was slow)I found that it was defunt. Thinking it was the supplied connecting cable It was used on the IPod Classic also in the same order and worked perfectly. I would not work even after getting my son to try to get it to function. Then tried to return it back to Amazon only to find that DHL are using a poor postcode sorter and it did not recognise the Isle of Man, After numerous calls to the Isle of Man depot and three to the mainland and two emails to DHL I did manage a quoted pick up only to find that D H L missed that one (even though it had been logged into there computer. I rang then again and it was quoted another day , only to find that the DHL man arrived a day early. I return the defunct IPod Touch and await for a replacement - this will be too late as the reason I bought it was to keep me ammused on a 12.5 hour flight and I shall have left before it arrives. There appears to be noway that a customer with a proble can call and speak to amazon direct.
All I can say is that provided you purchase something from amazon and it works GREAT! but if it does not - they don't want to know.

Love it!!!
Got the 32gb for chritmas and i love it. It is my second ipod and by far the best of any of the ones i have used. Excellent!!

Love it!
I use this for music and games (Trism, Bejewelled2) and I think it's great. I even think it sounds better than my two year old Ipod on my speaker system. Must be my ears as no one else has mentioned it. Shame it doesn't charge on one of my speaker systems and also my old ipod charger. Something about incompatibility with Firewire. No big deal to me. I haven't tried Wifi as that's a bit advanced for me. All I wanted was a new music player, and the games and great photo viewing were a real bonus. Now I can keep my Blackberry and stop covetting an iPhone.

Very good...i love it!! but apple really attack your purse!
The ipod Touch is a great invention. It is so sleek and generally amazing. everything is thought of with the user in mind. it is a great bit of kit for how much it costs.

but if you are upgrading from another model. espesh a relativly earlier model in can be a pain. i had a 3rd generation nano. not that old. but not that new. but all the dock things i have dont work. but theu did work on the nano. i have a standard plug charger, 2 docks, car charger and the computer charging is very slow. this is the only fault i found with it.

also the free apps are awesome ;)

LOVED IT
This is my first i pod touch and i love it. I'm not that gadgetty but its easy to use and the sound is so cool. I've yet to get some movies and i can't wait cus if the the picture is as clear as the games i reckon its gonna be fantastic. Totally recommend it, whether its 8,16 or 32GB. I went for 32GB just to spoil myself...and why not!
