Great item but a bit off 16GB
This pen drive is very good, speed wise it seems okay, not super fast but that doesnt really matter. Compared to my other pen drive it weighs nearly nothing!
I was quite dissapointed when I checked the capacity, I knew there wouldnt be the full 16GB because there never is but to find I had 14.8GB was a surprise. The packaging does warn there is not the full 16GB as well just 1.2GB seems a lot to be missing. -

Excellant Buy
Very good pen drive with high capacity and very good price. Works well with Readyboost on Vista, and the U3 software comes in useful.
Feels a little flimsy to touch, but had no problems with it so far. Recommended buy! -

Not suitable for Panasonic HDD/DVD
Bought this (£16.99) for slide shows/video on my Panasonic HDD/DVD recorder and it doesn't work. Works on my PC fine, though a bit slow to load, but no good for what I bought it for. -

These just keep getting better.
I bought the 4GB version last year and its great, it cost about the same price. What will they have next year?
Its a great way to carry a virtual machine around so you always have your own custom settings although that software isn't included its out there on the net to download for free. The retractable plug is a nice touch.
It also has some neat software pre-installed, although they are trial versions. -

OK but dodgy connection
I bought this based on value. I have several other flash drives but never tried a Sandisk.
Unfortunately this was not picked up by my Macbook and it wasn't until I tried moving the flash drive slightly in the socket that it started working. This meant that I have to hold it in a certain position to get it to connect.
Not impressed so far, as this is such a glaring issue to have passed quality control.
I should add that I regularly use various other flash drives on the same laptop with no probs at all.
