Does it exactly as it says
Really does charge in 15mins, very convenient to say the least. Would highly recommend this item, i cannot find any negatives with it

Works but with caveats...
Agree with much of the previous reviewer's comments. Having just one LED charge indicator does not tell you which of the batteries are full and if one wont charge you have to try and charge them one at a time until the indicator blinks, indicating a fault. Also the negative contact design is poor for batteries with a completely flat negative (flat end) contact like Uniross AAA. I trimmed the battery label back with a craft knife to make sure the flat end is full exposed and now they work fine. Finally, 15 minutes is a bit if false claim as you need to leave the batteries in the charger for 5-10 minutes post charge so that the fan will cool them down.

If you are desperate for the fastest then its useful. £19.99 is a good price.

Fast but doesnt charge all AA's
I bought this 15 minute charger because my uniross 15 minute stopped working. The sony charger will charge 4 batteries but has only one light to show when they are finished so you cant tell which are charged and which still charging. I have found that it will also only charge my Uniross 2500 and above. It will not charge lesser quality brands that I have or lower power uniross batteries. If you put 4 batteries in to charge and it doesnt start charging you have to put them in one at a time to find out which battery the charger doesnt like and then slow charge these.

If you only have recent high power batteries then this charger is ok and fast but if you have a mix of different batteries then this will not work with all of them.

I would rate the Uniross sprint 15 minute charger much higher than this one as it would charge all of my batteries and just as fast.

Warning - Needs 200-240v supply
Excellent charger that really does charge four batteries in 15 minutes. However, I bought this for use in America when I travel to Walt Disney World - and it's not compatible with the 110V supply there!

Also, not that it's important to me, but it is not metalic in colour as stated in the description.

Otherwise an excellent product.

15 min charger - brilliant gadget
This is great - it really does charge batteries in 15mins. Fast charger that is easy to use. It is not a silent machine as it has a fan to cool down the batteries but in the time it takes to make a cup of tea it has charged the batteries inside. No more having to wait overnight or finding the batteries are not charged ever again and you can't use them for ages. Well worth the money - have already bought one for my brother too.
