Different but good.
Its different to Twilight, Alex Rider and Jason Steed, but its still a great book. I would not over recommend it, I have just started reading Jimmy Coates they are in the same class as Alex Rider, Jason steed and twilight, this is good but has tough competition. -

What a fabulous book!
I read Airman immediately after reading the latest Artemis Fowl book. I love Eoin Colfer and was once again amazed by his storytelling ability. The feel of the book is different from Artemis Fowl, as well as his other wonderful book The Wish List - it felt like an old classic - like Treasure Island or The Three Musketeers - although it was also completely accessible to a modern audience. With characters spanning the whole spectrum from very noble to very evil while still being believable, and exciting action and descriptions. I hope they make it into a movie - it think it would translate very well to the big screen -

Absolutely Brilliant!
Although I didn't buy this book off of Amazon, I thought I'd review it anyway. I'll just start off by saying that if you're expecting another Artemis Fowl, this isn't it. That's not to say this isn't at least as good as the AF books but in my humble opinion it's a lot darker and older. The humour's still there though and I personally thought it was great. It's swashbuckilng, daring, and somehow Colfer makes it all seem believable. Buy It Now!!! -

Amazing story
An amazing story, let down by the lack of pace and flow. The story is very original, although not up there with the Alex Rider, Jason Steed, James Bond and Jimmy Coates, its better than Cody Banks. -

Airman is..........different
While i bought the book hoping it would spawn into a series and that it would have a bit more....................snap! This was not what i expected. i can read almost anything AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED IT WAS STILL A VERY GOOD BOOK!
