Broken from the start
When I received it the end caps for the front stabiliser where broken because they had been screwed on too tightly. I just couldn't be bothered to send it back because it had been such a hassle getting the stepper delivered in the first place and I only intend to use it for a couple of months. Ignoring the faulty end caps it is a stable little thing, but if you're looking for a machine to use for more than a couple of months I would look around for something else.

Tougher than it looks !
I was surprised how strong and robust this stepper is when it arrived ! Just done my first work out on it and after just 10 mins i was shattered ! i consider myself quite a fit person but this certainly put me through it. I will post again after a month of usage

Great for exercise at home!
First of all, quick dispatch and delivery. The instructions were totally useless, but after some logical thinking I managed to make it work. Very compact and nice for a home exercise. The stepper seems reliable and difficult to break. Very price-worthy :)))

Two machines received - both faulty
Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to properly try the stepper as both machines received were faulty. The steps of the first machine did not adjust properly and second was missing parts. Customer service/support from the manufacturer was also very poor, and as a result, both had to be sent back.

Out Of Step
I bought this about 6 months ago, and it has been great fun, however, the rubber stopper underneath the heal-end, of the stepper broke off, I managed to glue it back on. Now one of the straps has snapped, and I'm a bit cheesed off about it, but on the whole it's very good, for the price, I still like it, and it's better than other fitness machines I've used in the past.
